The weekend of 15 16 September was European Heritage Days in Paris. A lot of museums were free and a lot of government offices etc were open to visit. Gill and Julie went to Versailles and Bob headed to Invalides with the main objective of visiting the Musee du Armee, but also checking out a few other things, however, I didn’t join the 3 block long line to visit the home of the French President.
