...and from on the course
Then to Emily Bay for another swim. It was at its best
We even had a bit of a show put on when the tractor came down to take out the glass bottom boat
After lunch and finishing off our shopping, we headed off to do the National Park again, this time to walk the Palm Valley Circuit, hoping also to see what are considered quite rare Norfolk Island green parrots.
First siting was a brilliantly coloured Pacific Wren
The parrots proved illusive on the circuit walk, although that didn't detract from the scenery
We decided to wait at the exit viewpoint to see if any parrots came. The view was quite stunning...
...and at last a group of 5 parrots flew by, settling, but in a rather far off tree
We went to dinner at Dino's, in an old Norfolk pine home with lots of character...
